Az EFQM modell és az Ipar 4.0 integrációja: vezetési és szervezeti kihívások

Absztrakt

Az EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) modell több évtizede meghatározó szerepet tölt be a minőségmenedzsment (keret)rendszerek fejlesztésében és a szervezeti kiválóság előmozdításában. Az Ipar 4.0 megjelenése a digitális technológiák, úgy, mint a mesterséges intelligencia, az IoT (Internet of Things) és az automatizáció integrációját vonta maga után, ezáltal szignifikáns átalakulást hozott a vezetési és szervezeti struktúrákban is. A kutatás célja az EFQM modell és az Ipar 4.0 kapcsolatának vizsgálata, különös tekintettel arra, hogy a minőségmenedzsment milyen szerepet játszik a digitális transzformációban, nem eltekintve a fenntartható versenyképesség szempontjától, továbbá kitekintést kívántunk eszközölni a várható jövő vonatkozására, amely az Ipar 5.0 (és a Minőség 5.0) megjelenésével várható. Az eredmények arra engednek következtetni, hogy az EFQM modell segíthet a szervezeteknek a technológiai kihívások kezelésében, és ezzel párhuzamosan képes segíteni a szervezeti rugalmasságot és az innováció ösztönzését. Az Ipar 5.0 és a Minőség 5.0 térnyerése során az emberközpontúság és a fenntarthatóság kiemelt prioritást fog élvezni mind ipari, mind nem ipari környezetben, illetve feladatokban. Az EFQM modell ebben az új környezetben is releváns maradhat, segítve a szervezeteket az innováció és a minőség összehangolására, figyelembe véve a fenntartható fejlődés megkerülhetetlenségét.
