Abstract

The role of small and medium-sized enterprises is a significant part of the economic life of a country worldwide. In order to retain a valuable human workforce, their organisational culture is of great importance, defining not only organisational values but also internal human relations, including organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB), which is expressed through them. Our systematic research explores the relationship between organisational commitment, performance, leadership style, innovation and OCB in SME sector that has been found in international research over the last five years.
